What this site collects
Nothing. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other companies. If you switch to light mode, your own browser keeps that choice until you close the tab. It never leaves your device.
When you email us
We receive your email address, your name if you give it, and your message. We use them to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare a collaboration. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a contract and our legitimate interest in answering messages.
Who processes it
Our email runs on Google Workspace. The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your question and follow up on a possible collaboration, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and you can object to its use. Write to contact@mancia.eu. You can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
